DAY 1 CRUISE: Dubrovnik
Your cruise commences with an arrival transfer for embarkation at 14.00hrs. Once settled in your cabin, venture off with a guided tour of the historical centre of Dubrovnik. Walk down the Stradun - both a street and a square and see the buildings of the famous city enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Your guide will show you the most fascinating parts sights including a visit to the Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy.

After returning to the ship, enjoy a welcome meeting where you can get acquainted with your Tour Manager, crew and fellow travellers, followed by a Welcome Dinner to kick-start your adventure.

DAY 2 CRUISE: Dubrovnik - Slano
Start your day with a guided city tour of the historical centre of Dubrovnik. Walk down the Stradun - both a street and a square and see the buildings of the famous city enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After, return to the ship and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you cruise along the incredible city walls before continuing to one of the Elaphiti Islands for a swim stop. In the afternoon, arrive in Slano, a small village on the mainland and a peaceful fisherman's village. From here, embark on your excursion to Ston and visit an oyster farm where you will learn more about oysters and enjoy a tasting of this delicious treat. Return to Slano for the Captain's Dinner on board.

DAY 3 CRUISE: Slano - Mljet - Korcula
This morning, head north as you cruise towards Mljet where you can walk to the National Park and explore the famous salt lakes. After, make your way to the island of Korcula, also known as the "Black Island“ due to the distinct, almost black pine forests that cover much of the island. Upon arrival, embark on a guided walking tour of the town, one of the best-preserved medieval cities, and discover its fishbone streets. The evening is then free to experience the numerous restaurants and bars.

DAY 4 CRUISE: Korcula - Bisevo - Vis
Early this morning, cruise to Bisevo where you can visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. Depart for Vis, an ex-naval strategic base that was closed to the public for years. The isolation helped to preserve the beauty of the island. Your afternoon is free to explore the island's charming sights including the remains of the Roman thermal place, the City Museum, or the town's beautiful waterfront.

Please note: Visit to Blue Cave is dependent on weather conditions as sometimes high tide can prevent entry. Your Captain will advise the conditions and accessibility the morning of scheduled visit.

DAY 5 CRUISE: Vis - Hvar
This morning Continue on to Stari Grad, located on the island of Hvar, supposedly the sunniest island in the Adriatic. Stari Grad is one of the oldest towns in Europe. On disembarkation you will be taken by bus to Hvar Town, a hot spot for travellers from around the world. Here, enjoy a guided tour of the charming town, seeing the Renaissance cathedral and the oldest community theatre in Europe. After soaking it all in, hop back on the bus to Stari Grad.

DAY 6 CRUISE: Hvar - Trogir
Cruise towards Trogir and enjoy a guided tour. Located on a small island, joined to the mainland by a bridge, this town has a well preserved old town with a wonderful mix of architectural styles. Following this, you will be taken on a guided tour to visit Krka National Park, an area rich with flora and fauna where you will find impressive waterfalls, several scenic lakes, and plenty of adventurous hiking trails.

DAY 7 CRUISE: Trogir - Split
This morning sail to Split, with lunch onboard and a swim stop along the way. Split is a unique modern city that has evolved from the ruins of the remarkable Diocletian’s Palace. Construction of the Palace took place in 295 AD and today it forms much of the city’s Old Town. Embark on a walking tour of the historic inner city where you can witness the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, it's Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle and many other fascinating, unique sites. Your evening is free to explore the city's famous waterfront and dine at one of the many fantastic restaurants.

DAY 8 Split - Opatija
Say goodbye to your crew and new friends as you disembark after breakfast. Your adventure then continues by motorcoach with a visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979. In Plitvice, take a walk around several of the lower lakes. The Park is a natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After, continue to the seaside resort town of Opatija where you have dinner and overnight.

Day 9 Opatija - Postojna - Venice
After breakfast, travel to Slovenia and visit the unique and beautiful Postojna Caves, one of the largest cave systems in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train before driving towards the "Floating city", Venice. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore this picturesque city before you gather for a Welcome Dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 10 Venice
Start your day exploring Venice with a boat ride to Murano Island, the island is renowned for its long tradition of glass-making. Here, you'll visit a glassblowing factory to experience this traditional Venetian glassblowing demonstration by master craftsmen. Afterwards, head to St. Mark's Square and join a walking tour, pass through St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace plus get admired by the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs views.

Day 11 Venice
Your tour concludes after breakfast. We hope you have enjoyed your Croatia & Italy Escape!
